Thanks for ordering from Outside Inside Gifts!

Please fully inspect your shipment upon receipt.

We take the time to pack your order carefully,

should any damage occur in shipment, please let us know right away!

The Outside Inside Gifts WARRANTY covers all components to be free from defect in materials and workmanship.

RETURNS Policy & Procedures

We will replace or refund incorrectly shipped or defective items for up to 30 days. Returns must be in their original packaging, product must be in new (unused) condition.

Please include a copy of the original invoice to process your refund request. Please email us for return authorization information.

 

SHIPPING Policy & Rates

All orders will be shipped by either FedEx, UPS or the US Postal Service.

Please allow up to 4 days for processing after we receive your order.

We will e-mail a tracking number upon shipment.

Shipping rates vary and are based on real-time quotes received directly from UPS, USPS or FedEx. These rates will be calculated and displayed after the shipping address is entered during the checkout process.

 

PAYMENT Options & Online Ordering

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. During checkout, you’ll be asked to enter your billing, shipping and credit card information.

When you’ve finished entering this information, simply press the "Submit Order" button.

You will be charged for the Order Total amount at time of shipping.

All pricing and shipping cart Subtotals, Taxes and Grand Totals are in USD (United States Dollars).

Your credit card will be authorized in real-time using Authorize.net® payment services technology (usually takes less than 60 sec). When the authorization is successful you will be presented with an order receipt and an e-mail copy of your order.

Note: all charges will be listed as “GSI OUTDOORS” on your credit card statement.
